To a man I've never met, I'm praying for you. My hands are clasped, eyes closed head bowed all for you. There is nothing more I can give, No words of wisdom no comforting embrace. I can only hope you take these words and find some reassurance in them. Tears prick my eyelids as the tears can no longer be hidden. Knowing you are in pain pricks my heart Distance separates us but love knows no bounds so this prayer will have to do for now. |

I wrote this about a week ago for a friend. He was having a hard time that night and the words just came to me. So, this is for him, in hopes that he is feeling better.
